Personen-Umgebungs-Modelle im Kontext rehabilitationspädagogischer Theorie & Praxis

Abstract

Der Bedarf an Versorgung von Menschen mit Behinderungen in Deutschland nimmt stetig zu. Dabei ist die Produktpalette an (technischen) Möglichkeiten und Lösungen vielfältig. Es ist es von zentraler Bedeutung, neben der diagnostischen Betrachtungsweise von Therapie, Versorgung und Förderung eine pädagogische Perspektive einzunehmen, um betroffene Personen adäquat und teilhabeorientiert mit Hilfsmitteln zu versorgen. Im Mittelpunkt sollte dabei der Mensch mit seinen Bedarfen und Ressourcen stehen. In diesem Beitrag geht es darum, Modelle vorzustellen, welche eine solche Betrachtungsweise und Situationsanalyse ermöglichen, um die bestmöglichen Teilhabechancen zu verwirklichen.

The need of care for people with disabilities in Germany is constantly rising. The product range of (technical) options and solutions is diverse. In addition to the diagnostic approach to therapy, care and support, it is of central importance to adopt an educational perspective in order to provide people with disabilities with aids in an adequate and participation-oriented manner. The focus should be on the individual with their needs and resources. The aim of this article is to present models that enable such an approach and situation analysis to realize the best possible opportunities for participation.
