The electromagnetic pulse forming technology (EMPT) provides substantial technological benefits with respect to tube forming and joining operations. However, in the past this technology was mainly adapted in academics, military production and small batch size productions. Establishing this technology in the world of civil-industrial mass production demands for several key prerequisites to be fulfilled. This report lists these requirements and moreover provides answers on ways for their completion.en
