Abstract
Der Beitrag untersucht auf Basis des Projektes „Transfer ins Team: Evaluation eines entwicklungsorientierten Unterstützungstools für Kindertageseinrichtungen im Kontext (T2E2K2)“, wie Träger durch eine Beteiligung an Transferprozessen Organisationsentwicklung in Kitas unterstützen können. Mithilfe von Experteninterviews (n = 22) mit Fachkräften, Leitungen und Trägerakteuren wird aufgezeigt, dass Träger eine fördernde Rolle einnehmen können, indem sie die Bedeutung von Transfer vermitteln und vorleben, Ressourcen und Transferanlässe bereitstellen und ein Netzwerk zur Unterstützung und Reflexion von Transferprozessen aufbauen.
Based on the research project “Transfer to the Team: Evaluation of a Development-Oriented Support Tool for Daycare Centers,” this article examines how childcare providers can support organizational development in daycare centers by participating in transfer processes. Expert interviews (n = 22) with educators, leaders, and provider staff reveal that providers can play a facilitating role by communicating and exemplifying the importance of transfer, providing resources and transfer opportunities, and building a network to support and reflect on transfer processes.
