| dc.description.abstract | Die behördliche Nutzung der Informations und Kommunikationstechnik ist seit jeher eng mit Erwartungen an Reformen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung verbunden. Der Beitrag konfrontiert Konzepte zur "vorverlagerten Stadtverwaltung" und zur "virtuellen Verwaltung" mit der aktuellen Situation öffentlicher Verwaltungen. Im Ergebnis wird festgestellt, dass beim verwaltungsinternen Technikeinsatz weiterhin große Defizite bestehen, sich dessen ungeachtet Kommunalverwaltungen aber bei regionalen Online-Projekten als Moderatoren und Promotoren betätigen müssen. | de |
