Aufbau eines freigabe- und kommunikationsbasierten Assistenzsystems im Produktentstehungsprozess

Abstract

Der Produktentwicklungsprozess ist zu einem der wesentlich Faktoren und Stellschrau-ben für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg heutiger Produkte und deren Lebenszyklen gewor-den. Mittels Integrität und Standardisierung muss ein hoher Prozessüberlappungsgrad realisiert werden, um schneller, mit gesicherter Qualität und zu wirtschaftlichen Kosten ein Produkt auf den Markt bringen zu können. Das Freigabemanagement wird als das maßgebliche Instrumentarium im Zuge des Simultaneous Engineering zur Verkürzung der Produktentstehungszeit durch Prozessparallelisierung genutzt und individuellen Entwicklungsszenarien angepasst. Der präventiven Methodik des Freigabemanagements wird zudem das Änderungsmanagement als reaktive Vorgehensweise adaptiert. Durch zunehmend räumlich verteilte Entwicklungsvorhaben muss mit Prozessparallelisie-rungsbestrebungen eine Kommunikationsintensivierung einhergehen. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Assistenzsystem entwickelt, dass es dem Entwickler erlaubt, Kommunikati-onsinstanz, -art und -intervall für einen individuellen Entwicklungsfall bestimmen zu können. Ein abschließendes Anwendungsbeispiel stellt den Praxisbezug her.

The product development process became a substantial factor and adjustment for the economic success of today's products and their life cycles. By means of integrity and standardization, a high process parallelization degree must be realized, in order to re-lease products faster, with secured quality and economic market prices. The release management is used as the most relevant method in the course of Simultaneous Engi-neering for the shortening of the product development time by process parallelization. Releases, as a preventive method, and changes with a reactive character have to be adapted to individual development cases. By increasingly distanced development proj-ects, process parallelization requires communication intensification. For this purpose an assistance system is developed that permits the developer to define communication in-stances, communication kinds and communication intervals for an individual case of development. A case study establishes a practical purchase.
