Abstract
Die Digitalisierung der Gesellschaft stellt die Behindertenhilfe vor umfassende Herausforderungen. Dieser Beitrag geht von drei Ansätzen aus, wie Einrichtungen der Sozialwirtschaft diesen begegnen können: Eine bedeutsame Rolle kommt – erstens - den Fachkräften zu, hier sind – zweitens - insbesondere jene Fachkräfte einzubinden, die bisher die Digitalisierung kaum als Bezugspunkt ihrer Arbeit wahrnehmen. Drittens können pädagogische Orten eine wichtige Funktion bei der Förderung von Teilhabe in der Digitalisierung einnehmen. Vor diesem Hintergrund schlägt der Aufsatz vor, Digitalisierung als soziale Innovation zu verstehen und entlang der Dimensionen „Inhalte“, „Prozesse“ und „Ziele“ zu adressieren. Auf Basis von drei Fallstudien wird der pädagogische Ansatz des Reallabors als Instrument vorgeschlagen, die Innovationsfähigkeit der Behindertenhilfe zu stärken und deren digitales Empowerment auszubauen.
The digitization of society poses comprehensive challenges for the care of people with disabilities. This article is based on three approaches as to how institutions in the social economy can meet these challenges: First, a significant role is played by the specialist staff; secondly, it is particularly important to involve those specialist staff who have so far hardly perceived digitization as a point of reference in their work. Third, learning sites can play an important role in promoting participation in digitization. Against this background, the paper proposes to understand digitization as a social innovation process and to address it along the dimensions of "content," "processes," and "goals." Based on three case studies, the pedagogical approach of the living labs is proposed as an instrument to strengthen the innovative capacity of disability aid and to expand its digital empowerment.
